The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our city trip. It was conveniently close to the train stations, restaurants, and shops, making it super easy to get around and explore. The staff at the hotel were also really friendly and upbeat, which created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. the room was clean and tidy with a generous amount of space to work and hang our clothes.
One thing that could have been improved was the noise level at night, especially on the weekends. Due to its city center location, there was a lot of noise outside, which bothered my partner more than it bothered me.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. the value for money was outstanding, with reasonable prices for a room with a view on the seventh floor. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, just like Kirsty and Cari who provided excellent service. The basic amenities provided everything I needed, including good disabled facilities for those who require them. Additionally, the hotel's location couldn't be better, with easy access to three railway stations.
All aspects of my stay were perfect.

The hotel is in a great central location, just across from the cathedral and right by the Frankfurt Christmas markets. It is also close to all the shops, including a convenient grocery store. Despite being near nightclubs, we didn't hear much noise and slept really well.
The shower head in our room was dripping throughout the night, but it was a minor issue that can easily be fixed by the hotel.

The highlight for me was the very comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. No major issues, everything was ok.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The barman was especially helpful in recommending drinks and providing excellent service. The breakfast experience was also top-notch, with a smiley and helpful server who took care of our needs throughout the meal. The hotel's central location was another highlight, making it easy to explore the city.
The rooms at the hotel could use some renovation. While they were adequate for business trips, they did not meet the standards for a comfortable stay with family or a partner.
